Project Management

Project Management assignments will typically require a comprehensive approach to planning, cost estimating, building and commissioning of newly constructed, renovated, restored or relocated facilities.  The project manager is a key member of the construction team.  The duties and responsibilities listed above would typically be the primary focus of the project manager during the life cycle of a construction project.
